Cambridge International IGCSE and AS&A Level Travel and Tourism Examiners

To support our continued growth worldwide, we are expanding our examiner network, and inviting teachers to develop their professional practice by becoming Cambridge examiners.

We have a number of examiner opportunities for Travel and Tourism, both IGCSE and AS & A Level. 

The Travel and Tourism qualifications have been designed to meet the need for skilled and knowledgeable individuals in this dynamic industry. Candidates studying the IGCSE and AS & A Level syllabuses are expected to gain an understanding of the concepts, models and theories used within the industry.

Requirements are that applicants should have:

·        a qualification in a related field i.e. Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, Destination Marketing, Destination Management

·        a PC/Mac, fast broadband and IT skills 

·        teaching experience (desirable but not essential)

·        experience of working in the Travel and Tourism or a related industry (desirable but not essential)

Successful applicants will have:

·      a keen eye for detail

·      the ability to work well under pressure

·       the ability to keep to deadlines
