Cambridge Assessment International Education is growing and over 10 000 schools in more than 160 countries are now part of our Cambridge International learning community.


To support our continued growth worldwide, we are expanding our examiner network, and inviting teachers to develop their professional practice by becoming Cambridge examiners.


We currently have a number of examiner vacancies for IGCSE Economics / O Level Economics.

 

Requirements are that applicants will:

  • have a degree in Economics and 1 year's teaching experience
  • or have a degree in a related subject e.g. Business, Finance, Acocuntancy and year's experience of teaching Economics
  • have a PC/Mac with access to fast broadband
  • have a private area in which to mark 
  • have higg levels of written and spoken English
  • International applicants should be a current teacher of 0455 IGCSE / 2281 O Level Economics at a Cambridge school

 

Successful applicants will have:

  • a keen eye for detail
  • to work well under pressure
  • good communication and IT skills
  • to meet deadlines
  • to travel to Cambridge to attend meetings/training

 

Applicants with experience of examining are welcome, as well as those who are new to the process.
